Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Shipping And Handling UK mainland shipping cost is £3.95 per order.

Shipping cost to non mainland UK and Scottish Highlands may exceed £3.95 depending on the weight of the consignment. If different we will advise you of the cost prior to despatch.

Antifouling is shipped separately at a cost of £5.95

Torqeedo Outboards and Spare batteries incur a shipping cost of £24.95 due to the dangerous goods classification of the Lithium batteries

We aim to despatch orders within two to three working days and the majority are shipped next day. If we anticipate any delay in despatch we will advise you and ask if you wish to proceed with your order.

If you have urgent or any other special delivery requirements please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Crew-Safe ship worldwide and can provide you with a quote. However, there are some limitations with airfreight shipping of lifejackets with CO2 cylinders. Please email us with your requirements.





Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Returned goods must reach us within 10 days of purchase, unused and in the supplied condition, together with their instructions, any labels and in their original packaging.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY - Please note that for all orders placed during December the exchange period is extended to 14th January

If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge, provided you contact us within 10 days of receipt.

Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please e-mail us first at sales@crew-safe.co.uk.

Please note that we are only able to refund postage where goods are faulty or due to shipment error.
